Physical Therapist-
**PRN / Per Diem, Pick Your Own Shifts!**

Shift: Day

Starting Pay: $48 - $51/hr

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

• Assessment and Planning: Evaluate patients' physical abilities and medical histories to design personalized treatment plans.
• Treatment Implementation: Execute tailored therapy programs focusing on mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Progress Monitoring: Continuously assess patients' advancements, adapting therapies as necessary for optimal results.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and preventive measures, empowering them for ongoing recovery.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare teams, ensuring clear communication and coordinated care for improved patient outcomes.
• Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes
• Protect employee’s rights, dignity, and privacy

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapy License in Colorado
• BLS Certification
• 12 months of RECENT Experience
• Previous Hospital Experince preferred
